By visiting vebliy.com or using any Vebliy tool, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which form part of them. You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please ask a parent or guardian to read these Terms with you.

Vebliy offers a growing set of free online tools, including image and PDF tools, QR code tools, text tools, a password generator, a colour converter and a unit converter. The full list is on the All Tools page. Each tool runs inside your web browser on your own device. No account is needed, and we do not charge for any tool.

Vebliy also has a typing section, with a typing speed test, a 40-level touch typing course and typing games. It works in the same way as the tools: it runs in your browser, needs no account and costs nothing. It saves your progress only on your own device, as the Privacy Policy explains.

We may add, change, improve or remove tools and features at any time, with or without notice.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the site. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use any tool to process files or text that you do not have the right to use, or in a way that infringes someone else's copyright, privacy or other rights.
• Use the tools to forge, falsify or tamper with identity documents, certificates, official records, exam submissions or any other document in order to deceive someone.
• Use the QR Code Generator or any other tool to spread malware, phishing links, scams or other harmful or misleading content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or its security.
• Use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to send requests in a volume that could harm the site's performance.
• Copy the site's written guides, design or branding and present them as your own.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law of your country or of India.

Your files and text stay on your device. They are processed by code running in your browser and are never sent to us, so we receive no copy of them and claim no right over them. You keep full ownership of everything you put into a tool and of everything a tool produces for you, such as a compressed image, a PDF or a QR code.

You are solely responsible for making sure you have the right to use and convert the files you choose, and for how you use the results.

If you email us, you allow us to read your message and use it to reply and to improve the site. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Vebliy name and logo, the design of the site, and the written guides, articles and other text on it belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site, use the tools and link to our pages freely. You may not copy, republish or sell our written content, or reuse our branding, without our written permission.

Some tools are built with open-source software libraries, such as those used to create PDFs, read PDFs and compress images. Those libraries remain the property of their authors and are used under their own licences.

The tools do mathematical and file-format work, and we try to make them accurate. Even so, you are responsible for checking a result before you rely on it. In particular:

• Compressing or resizing an image is permanent for the new file. Keep your original.
• Photo and signature presets for forms and exams show typical values only. The organisation that asks for the file sets the real rules, and they change. Always check its official instructions.
• Test a QR code with a scanner before you print or share it, and check the payee and amount before you make a payment with a UPI code.
• Store generated passwords somewhere safe, such as a password manager.

The typing certificate

The certificate you can download after finishing the typing course is a practice achievement issued by Vebliy. It is not an accredited or official certification, and it should not be presented as a professional qualification.

Vebliy is supported by advertising, which is provided by Google AdSense. Ads are chosen by Google's systems and not by us. We do not endorse any advertiser, product or service, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. How advertising cookies work, and how to opt out of personalised ads, is explained in the Privacy Policy.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Vebliy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep the site running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every browser or device. Maintenance, technical problems or events outside our control may interrupt it. We may suspend or discontinue the site, or any tool on it, at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the site, the tools or their results. This includes any warranty of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or that the tools will meet your requirements. You use the site at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vebliy and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of data, files, profits, opportunities or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. This includes, for example, an application that is rejected, a deadline that is missed or a file that is damaged because of how a tool was used.

Because the site is free, our total liability to you for any claim connected with it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for using it (which is nothing) and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any liability that cannot be removed or limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

If your use of the site breaks these Terms or the law and, as a result, a third party makes a claim against Vebliy, you agree to be responsible for the resulting loss, to the extent permitted by law.

We may block or restrict access to the site for anyone who breaks these Terms or abuses the service, without notice. You may stop using the site at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will change. By continuing to use the site after that, you accept the updated Terms. Please check this page from time to time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you use the site as a consumer in another country, any mandatory rights you have under the law of that country are not affected.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have given it up. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the use of the site.
