1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products (Eligible for Refund/Replacement)
If you received a damaged item, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product, we will happily replace it or offer a full refund.

- Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
To keep our prices low and maintain fast processing, we DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds for the following cases:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product.
- Ordering the wrong size, model, or color (Please check product details and sizing charts carefully before buying).
- Slight color variations due to monitor screen lighting settings.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the item has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
